Il Volo is an internationally acclaimed Italian operatic pop trio known for blending classical opera with contemporary pop music, creating a powerful and emotionally rich “popera” style. Formed in 2009, the group consists of Piero Barone, Ignazio Boschetto, and Gianluca Ginoble, who first came together as young solo performers on the Italian talent show Ti Lascio Una Canzone. Their extraordinary vocal chemistry quickly set them apart, leading to the formation of Il Volo, meaning “The Flight.”
