“The Parks Recreation and Sports Centre includes a fully equipped gym, functional training room, swimming pools, sauna, stadium sports and group fitness classes, plus fully accessible changerooms with celling hoists and beds. Allied Health services are also available for all your exercise physiology needs. We run KidsClub so you can workout Monday to Friday 9:00am – 11:30am using our child minding service, and we have a wide range of engaging school holidays activities. Just outside, we not only have a playgound, but you can see a show or send your rising stars to performing arts classes at The Parks Theatre, also run by YMCA.”
